Terms of Engagement

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Core Identity Kit ("Service"), offered by NorthStar Value Group, LLC ("NorthStar," "we," "us," or "our") through coreidentitykit.com (the "Site"). By purchasing the Service, joining the Trusted Advisor Collaborative to receive the Service at no cost, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

2. The Service

The Core Identity Kit is a custom-built AI knowledge asset for your business, consisting of a comprehensive brand and business document plus a set of formatted AI context files. The process works as follows:

Research. We research your business ourselves — your website, your social presence, and other publicly available information — before we ever schedule your interview.

Interview. You'll join a focused 45-minute interview with our team, built around what our research found, covering your story, your voice, and details research alone can't capture.

Build and delivery. A member of our team turns your interview and research into your finished Core Identity Kit. Delivery typically takes about two weeks from the date of your interview.

The Service is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Two Ways to Get Your Kit

Purchase. You may purchase the Core Identity Kit directly for a one-time fee of $1,497, processed securely through Stripe.

NSVG Advisor Program. If you join NorthStar Value Group's Trusted Advisor Collaborative and complete the required orientation course, your Core Identity Kit is provided at no cost as an advisor benefit. Additional terms governing your participation as an advisor are set out separately by the Trusted Advisor Collaborative — see trustedadvisorcollaborative.com/terms-of-use.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By purchasing the Service, you authorize us to charge your payment method the full $1,497 fee at the time of purchase. This is a one-time charge — the Core Identity Kit does not involve any recurring or subscription billing.

5. Revisions and Refunds

Because your Core Identity Kit is fully custom-built around your business — including real research and a dedicated interview — we do not offer refunds once your kit has been delivered.

What we do guarantee: up to two rounds of revisions within 30 days of delivery, at no additional cost, if you'd like to add detail, adjust something, or refine anything after reviewing your finished kit. Revision requests made after 30 days from delivery, or beyond the two included rounds, may be accommodated at our discretion and may be subject to an additional fee.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

What you own: Upon full payment (or, for advisors, upon completion of the advisor program requirements) and delivery, you own the finished Core Identity Kit deliverable created specifically for your business — including the content, voice guidance, and information it contains about your business. You may use, copy, and modify these files freely for your own business purposes, including uploading them into GoHighLevel, Claude, ChatGPT, or any other AI tool.

What we retain: NorthStar Value Group retains all rights to the underlying process, methodology, document structure, templates, and the "Core Identity Kit™" name and trademark used to create your deliverable. Purchasing the Service does not grant you any rights to our proprietary process or brand, only to the specific, custom deliverable built for your business.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us during the research and interview process is used solely to build your Core Identity Kit. We do not use your business information, interview recording, or any details you share for any other purpose, and we do not share them outside our team and the service providers necessary to deliver the Service (see our Privacy Policy for details).

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Core Identity Kit is an informational and content-support tool. While we build it to accurately reflect your business, voice, and positioning, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including but not limited to increased sales, leads, engagement, search rankings, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how the deliverable is used.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthStar Value Group, LLC's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. NorthStar Value Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
